I hold Kush Yoga Sessions at different event locations all over San Diego
including, Ocean Beach, Barrio Logan & Gaslamp. I also have a private small
studio for individuals or smaller groups in Pacific Beach. And of course I take
advantage of all the beautiful outdoor spaces around Mission Bay and coastal
areas.

Questions &answers
is there smoking allowed in the venue?
YES! Each venue has its own rules and guidelines. Most all outdoor
venues allow smoking cannabis “flowers” however some indoor
venues only permit vapes. Some indoor venues allow smoking
“flowers” outside before yoga begins.
CAN I ATTEND IF I DO NOT WANT TO BE HIGH?
Absolutely! Cannabis is NOT required to participate. An alternative is
using CBD, which has no psychedelic properties. OR come as you are
and enjoy all the benefits of deep stretching, breath work and
meditation.
WILL I BE OKAY IF I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE?
Yes! My classes are designed for all ages and levels. I always give
modifications in class to allow everyone to find their level of comfort.
What do I need to briNG with me?
Bring your great vibes, yoga mat, something to stay hydrated, any
cannabis of your choosing, comfortable clothing. Optional: blanket or
towel, yoga strap, favorite crystals or journal.
